Role summary

A strategic go-to-market role across B2G, public affairs, Europe and infrastructure partnerships.

This is not a pure sales role.

You will help XABIK open the right institutional conversations, translate the opportunity into public-sector language and build a repeatable path into governments, regions, European institutions, infrastructure funds and strategic partners.

What you'll be working on

  • Defining the B2G and institutional go-to-market strategy.
  • Identifying target governments, regions, agencies, funds, developers and strategic partners.
  • Translating XABIK into the language of public priorities: energy security, competitiveness, AI infrastructure, industrial resilience and strategic autonomy.
  • Opening and managing early conversations with public and institutional stakeholders.
  • Designing the partnership and commercial model for government-facing opportunities.
  • Building materials, narratives and outreach systems for B2G and institutional buyers.

Core responsibilities

  • Define the stakeholder map for XABIK.
  • Prioritize countries, regions and institutions.
  • Build the outreach and relationship strategy.
  • Create narratives, decks and proposals for public-sector and institutional audiences.
  • Help validate who pays, who sponsors, who benefits and who must approve.
  • Work with the technical founders to translate infrastructure intelligence into strategic opportunity narratives.
  • Develop the early pipeline of government, institutional and strategic partner conversations.

  • Pure lobbyists without company-building ambition.
  • Sales profiles without public-sector understanding.
  • Policy experts who cannot move opportunities commercially.
  • People who only operate through existing demand.
  • People who are uncomfortable with long-cycle strategic markets.

Required profile

  • Experience in B2G, public affairs, strategic partnerships, institutional sales or government-facing business development.
  • Strong understanding of how governments, regions or European institutions think and buy.
  • Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong narrative and commercial framing skills.
  • Comfort operating in complex, long-cycle strategic environments.

Key capabilities

B2G, public affairs, European institutions, infrastructure partnerships, strategic narrative.

B2G development — understand how to create and progress opportunities with public-sector actors.

Public affairs and institutional navigation — know how policy priorities, institutional incentives and decision-making processes work.

European context — experience with Brussels, European institutions, EU programs, regional development or strategic infrastructure priorities is highly valuable.

Strategic partnerships — build relationships with funds, developers, public institutions and industrial stakeholders.

Narrative and positioning — translate a complex infrastructure opportunity into a clear strategic agenda.

Why this role is hard

You are creating institutional demand, not capturing it.

XABIK does not fit into a simple software category. The buyers and sponsors may be different actors. Public and private incentives must be aligned.

The sales cycle may involve policy, capital, strategy and infrastructure development. The market needs to understand why origination matters before it can buy it.

XABIK needs access to the actors who can activate infrastructure.

The company will only matter if it can enter the right rooms.

Ideal background

  • B2G sales, public affairs, lobbying, strategic partnerships or institutional business development.
  • Experience in Brussels, European institutions, regional development, infrastructure, energy or industrial policy is highly valuable.
  • Strong network orientation and ability to open senior conversations.
  • Comfortable building a category before the market has a name for it.
