XABIK
Originate the strategic infrastructure Europe will need next.
The problem we can't unsee
Europe is entering a new infrastructure cycle, but the systems used to originate strategic infrastructure are still too fragmented. AI needs compute. Compute needs power. Power needs grid capacity, land, permits, capital and long-term institutional alignment. Today, these elements are usually treated separately — energy developers look at generation, infrastructure players look at assets, governments look for strategic investment, industrial groups look for resilience, capital looks for investable projects. The result is a gap between strategic need and investable opportunity. XABIK exists to work inside that gap.
Why now
AI, electrification and energy security are putting new pressure on power, compute, land, grid capacity and strategic sites.
For years, many infrastructure projects could be developed around more obvious locations, available grid capacity and conventional energy assumptions. That phase is ending.
The next wave will be harder to originate. It will require better coordination between capital, governments, energy developers, industrial demand and compute infrastructure.
The opportunity is not only to finance projects once they exist. The opportunity is to identify and structure them earlier.
"The next infrastructure winners will not only be those who finance projects. They will be those who originate them first."
What we believe
- Strategic infrastructure will increasingly sit at the intersection of energy, compute, land, regulation and industrial demand.
- The earliest phase of infrastructure creation is still too manual, fragmented and relationship-driven.
- Better origination can turn scattered signals into investable opportunities.
- AI will not replace infrastructure judgment, but it can make opportunity detection, comparison and prioritization dramatically more systematic.
The bet
How this becomes a real, repeatable company
The model
- XABIK identifies where strategic infrastructure demand is emerging before the market fully prices it.
- It connects fragmented data, technical constraints, public priorities and capital requirements into a clearer opportunity view.
- It structures early-stage opportunities so they can be evaluated by governments, funds, developers and industrial partners.
- It builds the origination layer before the project becomes a packaged asset.
Not for you if
- You want a simple SaaS with a narrow feature set.
- You need the full product specification before joining.
- You are uncomfortable with infrastructure complexity, public-sector dynamics or long-cycle strategic markets.
- You want to advise from the outside instead of helping build the company from the inside.
The people we're looking for
3 fractional cofounders.
Founder-level, from day one
XABIK is designed to be built by a small founding team with complementary expertise across infrastructure, AI/data systems and government-facing go-to-market. The project is already in development. What is missing is part of the core founding team that can turn the thesis into a repeatable company.
Infrastructure · Energy · Grid · Data Centers
Infrastructure Engineering Founder*
Bring technical judgment into the origination process. Assess what is feasible, constrained, investable and strategically relevant across large-scale infrastructure opportunities.
AI · Data Systems · Algorithms · Decision Engine · Compliance
AI, Software & Data Founder*
Build the data and intelligence layer behind XABIK: pipelines, AI-assisted analysis workflows, scoring models, prioritization logic, weighting algorithms and compliance-ready decision systems.
B2G · Public Affairs · Europe · Strategic Partnerships
B2G / Go-to-Market Founder*
Build the government-facing and institutional go-to-market system. Open conversations with public institutions, regions, funds, developers and strategic infrastructure actors.
Why this team, this way
XABIK sits at the intersection of infrastructure, AI, energy, capital and public-sector coordination. None of those layers can be solved alone.
Infrastructure judgment defines what is real. AI and software turn fragmented data into a scalable decision system. B2G and go-to-market open the institutional conversations needed to activate opportunities.
The vision is defined. The market pressure is clear. The company now needs the founding team that can build the origination engine and validate the path to market.
What we expect from you
Part-time, founder-level ownership. Real accountability from day one.
Build a company, don't apply to a job. High signal, strong judgment, no passive participation.
